LVL Pallet

LaminatedVeneer Lumber (LVL) is an engineered wood product that uses multiple layers of thin wood assembled with adhesives under heat and hot press. It is not regulated under ISPM No.15 and will not require any further treatment or IPPC Marking. They are typically used for headers, beams, rim board, and edge-forming material. It offers several advantages over typical milled lumber: it is stronger, straighter, and more uniform. It is much less likely than conventional lumber to warp, twist, bow, or shrink due to its composite nature. Made in a factory under controlled specifications. In overseas countries, LVL is widely used in building structure and engineering that requires higher bending stress than traditional wood. We apply this material to produce LVL pallet and packaging due to its strength characteristics.
